Ce este de făcut?
Probabil că ar trebui să revenim la situația anilor 1870 - 1880, anii în care România a trimis masiv tineri la școli din străinătate în încercarea de a-și constitui grupul de cadre necesare administrării statului: ar fi oare o pierdere să trimitem la studii în țările aliate tineri dornici să devină polițiști? Și să-i angajăm după aceea, să nu mai fie totul blocat de closete? Cu banii strânși de „săracii” polițiști, bani pe care statul nu trebuie decât să-i adune, s-ar putea școli suficient de mulți viitori polițiști încât să ne putem permite să schimbăm actuala conducere îmbâcsită de atâția falși doctori și totodată să schimbăm părerea și încrederea populației în poliție!
Următorul pas ar trebui să fie atacul asupra structurilor mafiote care au împânzit administrația în tot locul și eliminarea clanurilor care s-au auto proclamat necesare și imuabile!
Se poate face?
Da, se poate, dar numai și numai cu voință politică: cheltuiala reală, financiară, ar fi neglijabilă pe lângă profit!
